Seashells Jurien Bay

Located approximately 200km north of Perth, around a 2-hour drive, Seashells Jurien Bay is set to become a landmark destination on WA’s Turquoise Coast, blending luxury holiday homes with smart investment property potential.

With 40,000sqm of pristine beachfront and direct ocean frontage, Seashells Jurien Bay will feature homes built to an 8-star energy rating, double-glazing, and solar power deployed as a micro grid development.

Phase 1: Sales

Stage 1 of Seashells Jurien Bay has now been released for sale, with the sales window running from Q4 2025 to Q4 2026. During this period, there will be three planned releases. Please view the master plan to inspect unit availability and indicative pricing.

Phase 2: Civil Works

With council approval granted, Stage 1 civil works completed in Q2 2026, including site preparation, earthworks, and underground services.

Titles and Strata work was completed during this period, ensuring the groundwork is ready for the next phase of development.

Phase 3: Construction

All 108 residences at Seashells Jurien Bay are being built using off-site modular construction. Modules are factory-finished — including kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, flooring and internal finishes — then transported to Jurien Bay and craned onto site-poured slabs, with on-site work limited to connections, sealing and joining the modules, and external finishing.

Site works commenced in October 2025. The first modular residences are scheduled to arrive on site at Jurien Bay from June 2026, with first completed villas available from July 2026. Lock-up stage is targeted for late 2026 / early 2027, with practical completion of the four-bedroom villas from early 2027 and occupancy progressively from H1 2027.

Construction includes the four-bedroom Bay View, Hasting Street and Casuarina-frontage villas, the three-bedroom Tourism Villas, the on-site reception and one-bedroom apartments retained by the developer, and the 1 Bay View café and resort amenities.

Phase 4: Property Management

The on-site letting service for the resort’s 77 three-bedroom Tourism Villas and 4 developer-retained one-bedroom apartments is operated under a Management Rights Scheme by Accommodation West Pty Ltd, the appointed Resort Manager, in conjunction with Seashells Jurien Bay Pty Ltd. Both entities are part of the Seashells Hospitality Group, which manages award-winning resorts in Broome, Mandurah, Scarborough and Yallingup.

Owners of the 27 four-bedroom Bay View and Hasting Street villas hold Residential Lots, which gives them more flexibility than the pooled tourism villas. They may occupy as a primary or holiday residence, lease long-term, or short-stay let. Short-stay letting can be done through Seashells Hospitality Group’s on-site service for a turnkey experience, or independently — subject to a Short-Stay Management Plan with the Strata Company under the Scheme By-Laws.

The 3-bedroom Tourism Villas are sold as part of a managed investment scheme. Buyers are encouraged to seek independent financial and legal advice before purchasing.
